Bitten by Both Sisters — Episode 5: Strip for the Truth

Morrigan can hardly believe it. Katarina bit him, and he was her hunter. Katarina answers that Daniel was hers, not this one. Any wound Morrigan gives Katarina now would land on Jonah too, so she changes her strategy and dangles bait he cannot refuse: come with her, and he will learn how Daniel died.

In her chamber, wrapped in a black corset with her red eyes glowing, Morrigan sets the terms. 'Truth costs, hunter.' She wants to know whether he liked Katarina's bite. He felt it, so he can describe it. Her bargain is simple: one night together, then the truth. Down the hall, Katarina feels Morrigan's hands on him and vows to burn her out of him. By the close of Episode 5, Jonah no longer cares about answers at all. Then a music box begins to play the lullaby Daniel used to hum, and it carries a crest Jonah recognizes.
